Lauren took me and Brooke around to Elaine’s then David drove me, Mum, Elaine and Brooke to Sea World for the day. The first thing we did was put our togs in the lockers then we went on the Skyway across to the other side. Me, Mum and Elaine went on the Bermuda Triangle and it was awesome even though it was sometimes scary and we got wet at the end! We went on a second time but Brooke still wouldn’t come on.

The Flume and the Water Park (which we really wanted to go on) were both closed for maintenance. Me, mum and Elaine went on the Pirate Ship – Elaine and Mum sat in the middle because they were scared. They didn’t like it so I went on the second time by myself! In this photo you can see me in the back row on the right hand side.

I was also able to go on the Seal Safari. I got my photo taken with Friday the seal (he was the seal in Nim’s Island). We also got to feed the seals and Friday also painted a picture of his girlfriend on the beach! She looked like a splodge.

We had lunch at the café in the Sesame Street Beach area. After that we had a ride on the train and went to the Planet SOS in 4D show. We had to queue up for ages and it was a really boring show except for the when the monkeys were fruit fighting in the trees. Lastly, I made mum come on The Corkscrew Rollercoaster with me which was the scariest ride of them all. We both kept our eyes closed the whole time but it was such cool fun we went on it again. It was the last ride of the day as Sea World was closing but mum wouldn’t come in the front row with me so another girl did. Mum sat behind me. This time we both kept our eyes open the whole time and it was brilliant! I wish we could have gone on it again.

I bought a toy dolphin (it broke on the way home) and two dolphin trinket boxes – one for me and one for Bethany my best friend.

We drove to Movie World – me, Mum, Elaine and Brooke. We saw the Superman Escape Rollercoaster from the front gate and we said to ourselves we were too scared to go on that! We went to the Shrek 4D Adventure show which was in 3D, the seats moved to the show and we got showered in water when the dragon sneezed! It was loads of fun and all four of us liked it. We went to shop called Dancing Heads. We watched some kids performing an Elvis song and when it was our turn me and Brooke chose ‘Barbie Girl’. We had to wear green capes and sit on stools next to a green background. We could see ourselves on the TV wearing cool dress-ups and dancing. It was really funny because of the dance movements! Then mum and Elaine did one called ‘The Hula’ and they were surfing on sharks wearing bikinis! Next me and Brooke got a braid in our hair. We went to the Kids WB Fun Zone and me, Mum and Elaine went on the Road Runner Rollercoaster and was scary at first but really fun. Mum screamed heaps and everyone stared at us so she tried to blame Elaine! Brooke came on it with us later for another two rides. We also went on the River Ride which was fun but not scary at all – it was even a bit boring to be honest. Next we went on Batman Adventure but Brooke didn’t come. It was in 3D, the whole room moved as we flew over the top of the skyscrapers. We had a look at the Leathal Weapon ride but it looked too scary so we didn’t go on it. The scariest ride of the whole day was the Scooby Doo Spooky Coaster – mum screamed her head off the whole way through. One part was in the dark and we were up really high and it was going so far around loads of corners. It was so fun I wanted to go on it again but there was such a big queue. Afterwards we went home, quickly packed my bag then went to the RSL club for dinner – me, Mum, Elaine, David, Lauren, Ollie and Brooke. I went home with Brooke for a sleepover that night.
